Flipkart Label Printing Guide: Crop, 4×6 Thermal and A4

Flipkart shipping labels download as an A4 PDF with the label box at the top and a tax invoice underneath. Printing that whole page for every order wastes paper, ink and thermal roll, and slows down packing. This guide walks through getting a clean, label-only print — whether you use a dedicated thermal printer or a regular home printer.

Step 1: Download your labels from Flipkart

1. 1Sign in to the Flipkart Seller Hub and open your pending orders.
2. 2Select the orders you want to ship and choose to download or print the shipping labels.
3. 3Save the label PDF to your computer or phone — this file has the label plus the invoice on each page.

Step 2: Crop out the invoice

Open the free Flipkart Label Crop tool and upload the PDF. It detects the Flipkart layout automatically and crops tightly to the label box, trimming the blank side margins and removing the invoice on every page at once. Step 3: Choose 4×6 thermal or A4

• 4×6 thermal printer: choose “Label printer”. Each cropped label becomes its own page sized to the label, so it prints full-size on a 4×6 direct-thermal roll with no scaling and no wasted media.
• A4 printer: choose “A4 printer”. The cropped labels are arranged onto A4 sheets so you can print several at once on an inkjet or laser printer, then cut them apart.

Tips for crisp, scannable labels

• Print at 100% / actual size — never “fit to page”, which shrinks the barcode.
• On a thermal printer, set the media size to 4×6 inches (101×152 mm) in the driver.
• Do a single test print and scan the barcode before running a big batch.
• Keep the courier barcode and AWB number fully inside the printable area.
