Google Review QR Code Guide: Get More 5-Star Reviews

Collect more Google reviews by making it a one-scan task. How to find your review link and stay within Google’s policies.

Published January 24, 2026 · LinkQRPro

Reviews drive local visibility and trust, but most happy customers never leave one simply because it takes effort. A Google Review QR code removes that friction: one scan takes them straight to your review form.

Finding your review link

Sign in to your Google Business Profile and choose “Ask for reviews,” or “Get more reviews.” Google provides a short link that opens your review dialog directly. Paste that link into the LinkQRPro Google Review QR Code Generator, or use your Place ID if you prefer.

Where to put the code

  • On the receipt or invoice, with a friendly thank-you.
  • On a small table tent or counter card.
  • On packaging inserts for online orders.
  • On a follow-up card handed over after a service is completed.

Stay within the rules

Google allows you to ask customers for honest reviews, but there are firm limits. Do not offer discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews, and never “gate” the process by only sending happy customers to Google while diverting unhappy ones elsewhere. Both practices violate Google’s policies and can get reviews removed.

Ask everyone, make it easy, and let genuine experiences speak. Over time, a simple QR code on every receipt can meaningfully lift your review count.
